Today is Saturday, so we had the weekly deep clean.

After Maths and Biology for the lesson group, we met in the mess room and built teams for each region of the ship. Two people helped in the galley, some for the deck, four for the mess room, one for the 🚽 dB 🎉✨ a GB and so on.

We write the person down every time so that everyone has to do the not so nice spots like the galley and everyone is able to do the not so bad things. Everyone had to help, except for the lucky ones who had watch.

I personally cleaned the mess room with Frieda, Kathi and Kyrill (and of course Malte, who is always there to tell us what to do). Today, we had a special task: We had to tidy up the cupboard.

After cleaning the tables and other surfaces, we were finished and only waited for the hoover, when the terrible news came in…

… the hoover is broken.

So the only thing that could help was the dustpan and brush. We had to sweep the floor and the benches and after that, we wiped the floor. Luckily, after that, we finished. We could then chill and read or make stuff for school.

When everyone finished, we had ice cream at coffee time and after that, a raffle with the things that were found on the floor in the chambers. In the evening, after dinner, we had the students‘ council and received some info about our next stop and Christmas 🎄.
