School Group

Good morning, today is the starboard side school group, which means my day started at 07:00 with a delicious breakfast. Afterwards we did the Green Plan and now school begins.

During the English lesson we started with our CV and began to think about the jobs for the takeover after the Azores. Afterwards we had biology and continued with our collection about the different animals.

At 11:00 school ends and because I am Schülivertretung, I went straight into the crew meeting. The crew meeting is daily at 11:15 and gives the nautical crew, the teachers and the medic room to plan or to say any requests.

After the crew meeting, where we planned the free Sunday, we went to lunch. Today we had rice with an oriental sauce (super delicious). After we finished school and after the cake break, we had a drawing class where we had to draw the sea 🌊 in Expressionism.

After dinner we had a workshop from our captain and first mate about jobs on a ship and how we can work with Clipper (the organisation that owns the Johnny).

Now we come to the funny part of this blog – our quotes. We have been collecting them since day one and today I asked some people to pick their favourite ones (we have a lot of super funny ones, so no one could decide), which you can see here:

Anne: Ihr Lieben da zu Hause! Es tut mir total leid, dass so lange Funkpause war, ist vielleicht aber auch ein gutes Zeichen, wenn ich so lang nicht dran gedacht habe. Liv: Hey ihr Lieben, schaffe es erst jetzt zu schreiben. Viele Dank für die Briefe und die Powerbank und ich glaube, dieses Mal ist alles angekommen.
