Today was a normal day, during the night watch we were guided by a majestic moonrise into the new day. The first sighting was gold, light-brown glowing rays that were broken by the cloud cover and revealed a small pool of light on the sea.

From one second to another second, the moon rose higher and higher – the picture of individual small parts of clouds and a number of stars around it resulted such a beautiful sight from the sky as I have never experienced it here on the ship.

Everyone else was woken up for breakfast, as we were used to – with no wind. In fact, the crew decided today to take down our Klüver. But all the other sails are still standing and have been hitting from side to side since day one.

In addition to a classic sea day, not much happened today. The application talks for our handover went into the second round – half of the students have already done it. Like yesterday, every watch removed the water proof lack of selected doors in the Seegarten and the doors that lead into the bridge until they were completely brown and there really was nothing left of the lack.

But today we have already started to apply new paint – this is quite complicated, because we have to re-do it every scratched area at least 6 times at a constant rhythm so that the paint is as thick as before.

In the free time, a few people climbed up our ship today and were able to enjoy the great view from up there. Unfortunately not everything was perfect today, because today there was a really hard announcement against Querfraß, but I think that this time it worked and a lot of things are now changing in this area.

After a cool sunset, most people were going to sleep or play games in the mess room. But today there was no big Energy so nearly everyone went to bet early.
