The day began with a short briefing about our stay on the Cape Verde Islands and then the Pathway presentation from Sarah.

One of the highlights of the day was our lunch. We ate burgers with fries, thanks to Anton, Kilian and Julian, who were in the galley today.

It was really, really amazing, but so much work!!

Furthermore, we saw a few flying fish. Max, Leonie and Fenia won two dollars because we had a list where we could guess when we would see them first and the ones who guessed correctly, or the most correctly, won something.

Mark was the generous donator – thank you very much dear Mark!

And FINALLY, we could turn the motor off and just sail!!

Another highlight today was our now-weekly lost-and-found auction. That is always the funniest time. Often, there are towels, socks and even underpants to acquire. You can definitely get all the stuff you need at the auction.

Grüße:

Linn: Alles Gute zum Geburtstag, Leo!

JB: Liebe Grüße an Family and Friends in Nord- und Süddeutschland. Ich denk‘ an euch!
