Departing again🤯

Today was the exact same day as yesterday just with another date and the fact that we didn’t arrive the third time in Vigo. We departed at 02:00 pm and finally started our journey towards Tenerife.

But our topic today is to introduce the four new crew members that joined us in Vigo: We start with our new Medic and our new Bosun’s mate

This is Steffan:

Steffan is 23 years old. He was born in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 and his hometown is Bangor. On the Pelican, he is our wonderful medic but at home he works as a Paramedic in an ambulance.

Why he chose working on the Pelican?

Steffan enjoys working and spending time on a ship. He absolutely loves the sea life.
Although, he misses friends and family such as eating Pizza from “Yes-Pizza”.

This is Hanna:

Hanna was born in Sweden 🇸🇪 and her hometown is Stockholm. She is 31 years old and is working as a Bosun’s mate on the Pelican. This year it’s her first time at Ocean College.
In our interview she told us that she really enjoys working with teenagers, sometimes even more than with a crew full of adults.

As a Bosun’s mate she assists the maintenance of the ship.
Even if she really enjoys her time being on the Pelican she misses her family, her friends and classic Swedish caviar.
