14,500 nautical miles on a traditional sailing ship, twice across the Atlantic, ten countries, two languages and at least 36 young people: Sounds like you?

Good, because we are looking for teachers and project leaders for our next trip!

To strengthen our team, we are always accepting applications from teachers with first and second state exams or diploma teachers.

You should bring these requirements with you:

At least two of the above subjects
enjoyment of working very intensively with young people over a period of six months and being able to focus completely on this work
the willingness to break new ground in educational work with young people
English as a project language is a matter of course for you.

For project managers:

If you can teach at least one of the subjects mentioned above and identify with the following job description, we would be happy to receive your application as a project manager:

Experience working with youth, ideally also in an outdoor context.
leadership experience(s) in guiding youth groups and teams with adults
very good communication, coordination and organizational skills in a complex environment
Stress resistance and overview even in stressful situations
enjoy working very intensively with young people over a period of six months and being able to fully focus on this work
the willingness to break new ground in educational work with young people
English as a project language is a matter of course for you

As a GmbH, we work exclusively with professional structures and accordingly only with employment contracts subject to social insurance.

The positions are temporary for the duration of the trip. Participation in the preparation weekend free of charge is required.
